Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of overseeing teams in a hospital or portering environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and rota management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to requests for patient transfers and assist in emergencies.
• Coordinate collection and delivery of samples and medicines within the wards.
• Create and manage staff rotas using Healthroster; supervise portering staff.
• Conduct staff appraisals and provide training to the team.
• Lead by example and uphold Trust values to deliver excellent patient experience.
