Job summary

Altana is seeking a Vertical Technology Lead for Policy & National Security in the United Kingdom. You will own the architecture, delivery, and cross‑functional strategy for the vertical, partnering with commercial leaders to win business and deliver mission‑ready solutions in secured environments.

You’ll lead a team of delivery professionals, ensure security and compliance, and guide product features from concept to deployment across SaaS and PaaS, building trust with government and industry

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical programs for government/defence/national security.
• Ability to own solution architecture across SaaS and regulated environments.
• Willingness to obtain or hold UK Security Check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical approach across capture efforts and support the commercial team with technical volumes and proposals.
• Lead architecture and delivery for large/strategic accounts; set quality and security standards.
• Direct Implementation Delivery Managers and staff accounts by complexity.
• Collaborate with Platform Operations, EPD, and engineering to design and deploy solutions.
• Maintain ongoing customer support obligations and drive feedback loops to product teams.
