Job title: Senior Podcast Producer – Audio and Video (12 Month Fixed Contract)

Your New Role

We seek a strategic, creative Senior Podcast Producer experienced in entertainment formats to lead the development and execution of Global Original podcasts. Reporting to an Executive Producer, you will operate with autonomy, shaping the editorial vision, managing production, and owning delivery from concept to launch and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, with a sharp editorial instinct and understanding of how video content and social media amplify podcast growth. You will originate ideas, steer production teams, and cultivate talent relationships to create compelling, audience-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead editorial direction of Global Original podcasts alongside an executive producer
• Manage on- and off-air talent to deliver their best work
• Create engaging video content to grow digital and podcast audiences
• Contribute to planning, performance analysis, and creative reviews, always seeking new ways to reach and expand audiences

What You’ll Need

The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and capable of:

• At least 5 years’ experience in podcast or live radio production
• High creativity in audio and video editing
• Proficiency with Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects is a bonus
• Knowledge of video tech (hardware/software) and social media optimization
• Strong talent management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of diversity, inclusivity, and current industry trends
• Passion for podcasts across genres and ability to promote content effectively
