Job summary

Rolls-Royce SMR in the UK seeks a Senior Manager - Reporting to lead our enterprise reporting capability within the PMO. You will shape governance, deliver KPI dashboards and provide performance insights to senior leaders across programmes from Derby, Manchester or Warrington.

This hybrid role offers a salary of £71,000 to £93,200 plus bonus and benefits and requires a degree plus experience in enterprise reporting, Power BI and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
Experience establishing and enhancing enterprise reporting frameworks within PMO or major projects.
Strong capability in management reporting and translating data into insights.
Advanced Excel skills alongside Power BI or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve reporting frameworks, governance standards, and cadences across programmes.
Develop insightful management reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance visualisations.
Integrate schedule, cost, risk, change, and delivery data into a single reporting view.
Collaborate across PMO, Engineering, Finance, Commercial and Programme teams to enhance reporting quality and automation.
