Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is hiring a Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule and risk reporting across a major national infrastructure programme. You will integrate data, validate information, and present insights to senior leaders within a PMO-driven, matrix environment.

The role requires experience in PMO environments, strong Excel/Power Query skills, and collaboration with planners, cost analysts, and procurement. Hybrid working in the UK is offered with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO environments and monthly reporting cycles.
• Integrating data to provide project performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Ingesting and validating cost, schedule and risk data for internal reports.
• Preparing and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
• Producing KPI reports and driving continuous improvement.
• Monitoring progress, costings, logic, and planning quality.
• Collaborating with procurement, estimating and commercial teams.
• Mentoring project controls professionals.
