The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in enabling confident, informed decision‑making across the organisation. By providing accurate performance insights, governance oversight and integrated programme controls, the team helps ensure the successful delivery of one of the UK's most ambitious energy programmes. The Reporting function sits at the centre of this activity, transforming complex data into meaningful business intelligence that supports delivery at every level.

We're looking for a Senior Manager - Reporting to join our PMO, reporting to the Head of Integrated Programme Controls. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping and leading our enterprise reporting capability, ensuring senior leaders have the performance insights, intelligence and governance information needed to make timely, confident decisions. Your work will directly contribute to successful programme delivery and the future growth of Rolls-Royce SMR.

We will need you to:

Leading and continuously improving reporting frameworks, governance standards and reporting cadences across programmes and portfolios.
Developing insightful management reporting, KPI dashboards and performance visualisations that enable data-driven decision‑making.
Bringing together schedule, cost, risk, change and delivery performance information into a clear, integrated reporting view.
Collaborating across PMO, Engineering, Finance, Commercial and Programme teams to improve reporting quality, consistency and automation.

Your work will help leaders identify risks earlier, make better decisions faster and strengthen delivery confidence as we scale our business and technology.

Advanced Excel skills alongside Power BI or similar reporting and data visualisation platforms.
Knowledge of integrated project controls disciplines, including schedule, cost, risk, change and performance reporting.
