• Develop project plans with clear scope, objectives, timelines and resource allocation.
• Conduct release readiness reviews, Go/No-Go decisions and capture lessons learned.
• Oversee concurrent projects balancing priorities, resources and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and transition to BAU.
