Job summary

ICAEW in London is seeking a Senior Business Partner for the Programme Management Office to lead end-to-end delivery of a strategic programme and to provide governance and guidance across a broader portfolio of change initiatives.

The role focuses on shaping, mobilising and delivering programmes aligned to ICAEW's strategic priorities, ensuring clear outcomes and successful benefits realisation while collaborating with business and technology teams to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex programmes or multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management at senior level, with board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner across ICAEW to shape, guide and support delivery of change initiatives across the full portfolio, while leading the delivery of a defined programme.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of an assigned programme, defining scope, structure, outcomes and success measures, and driving integrated delivery across business and technology teams.
• Establish and maintain governance for the assigned programme with reporting on progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Drive outcomes and benefits realisation within the assigned programme and support transition into BAU operations.
