Job summary

The role is hybrid in London, offering a salary of £61,000 - £69,000 with a comprehensive benefits package to support professional growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex programmes or multiple concurrent projects with governance.
• Demonstrable experience of stakeholder management at senior level, with board-level reporting.
• Ability to operate across business and technology teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, using Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Experience of benefits realisation and outcome-focused delivery.
• PM qualification is desirable; familiarity with ICAEW's change framework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a business partner across ICAEW to shape and guide delivery of change initiatives across the portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of an assigned programme with defined outcomes and success measures.
• Provide guidance and challenge to sponsors and business leads for alignment with the change framework.
• Establish governance for the programme and deliver clear reporting on progress, risks and dependencies.
• Drive benefits realisation and transition of initiatives into BAU operations.
• Identify and manage programme risks and issues across the portfolio.
• Support development of the ICAEW change framework and governance artefacts.
