The Crown Estate in London is seeking a senior leader to head PMO delivery assurance and governance for the Marine SBU. You will drive risk, safety, and compliance, translate strategy into delivery plans, and build resilience across the portfolio.

As trusted advisor to the executive team, you will lead stakeholder engagement, enable continuous improvement, and embed delivery excellence through robust reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.

Formación

• Extensive experience in senior operational and PMO leadership roles within complex environments.
• Strong background in programme and risk management within major infrastructure programmes, ideally within marine or energy.
• Advanced understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, MSP) and risk frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead governance, risk and compliance, safety Oversight across the Marine SBU.
• Coordinate project governance ensuring compliance with Group PMO standards.
• Translate strategic objectives into operational plans across safety, compliance and resourcing.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lead induction and capability development of team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Act as senior liaison with Group Partner and stakeholders to define and deliver operational requirements.
