The Animal and Plant Health Agency in Cardiff is seeking a PMO Manager to lead a large, complex programme, establishing standards, controls and reporting to ensure delivery is well governed and focused on outcomes.

You will work with the Senior Responsible Owner and key stakeholders to provide PMO advice, assurance and challenge throughout the programme lifecycle, from business case development through delivery and benefits realisation.

Formación

• Experience leading a PMO function and developing its team.
• Ability to establish proportionate standards, controls and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the PMO function and develop its team with clear standards and expectations.
• Establish and improve controls for plans, milestones, risks and reporting.
• Maintain effective governance and coordinate assurance including reviews.
• Oversee integrated plans, dashboards and management information for senior leaders.
• Set standards for risk, issue and dependency management and link to decisions.
• Support business cases, track benefits and prioritisation for investment decisions.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and resource information with finance and delivery teams.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting across APHA.
