Job summary

Wood Thilsted is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to lead major WTG and OSS foundation design projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across regions. You will be the main client contact, drive objectives, manage budget, contract and risk, and ensure delivery of high-profile offshore wind foundations, with opportunities for APAC assignments and UK/Denmark locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading offshore wind foundation design projects for international clients.
• Experience managing complex multi-discipline teams and client relationships.
• Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical engineering (MSc or PhD).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main client contact and provide project leadership for detailed design projects delivering offshore wind farm foundation designs.
• Strategically meet project objectives and manage client expectations.
• Be responsible for project financial performance and commercial success of the project.
• Be accountable for technical integration across disciplines and for final deliverables.
• Manage contractual aspects and requirements, change, risk, safety and budget across the scope.
• Work closely with the project design team, engaging in technical topics and key design decisions.
• Supervise and prepare detailed management reporting regarding requirements, programme, resource/budget, risk and general PM reporting.
• Regularly engage with clients and form a key contact between Wood Thilsted and external parties; contribute to business development.
• Support senior management in Wood Thilsted and promote the professional project management culture.
