Job summary

CPS Group (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced Lead PMO Specialist for a 6-month contract to drive governance, reporting and controls across a multi-workstream transformation. The role demands hands-on PMO leadership and a mentoring mindset.

The successful candidate will own RAID management, executive MI, stakeholder engagement, and change control, while remaining adaptable to shifting priorities and providing hands-on support where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading PMO functions in complex programs.
• Deep expertise in RAID, reporting, quality controls, and milestones.
• Passion for coaching and upskilling PMO teams.
• Excellent executive reporting and translating data into MI.
• Adaptable, able to manage ambiguity in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Establish and embed traditional PMO governance across workstreams.
• Own end-to-end program reporting cadence and MI dashboards.
• Maintain RAID management and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Mentor and upskill junior PMO staff and project leads.
• Oversee change control processes and milestone tracking.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Provide flexible support to operational delivery when needed.
