Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking a PMO Lead (Associate Manager) to drive project controls across large programmes from mobilisation to delivery. You will lead multi-workstream governance, manage RAID, and ensure delivery excellence while embedding analytics-focused improvements.

The role requires building strong client and stakeholder relationships, delivering accurate reporting, and promoting AI/Power BI-enabled decision making in a hybrid, Newcastle-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Project Controls across large, complex programmes.
• Proven ability to manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills.
• Experience with data analytics and Power BI.
• Demonstrated people leadership across PMO teams.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end accountability for Project Controls across large and complex programmes.
• Provide leadership across multiple workstreams and drive delivery improvements.
• Own programme operational data, dashboards and management information for client and leadership.
• Lead and manage PMO teams, setting direction and priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation, including Power BI.
