Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, ePMO Governance within the Strategy Department. The role focuses on designing and embedding a robust governance framework for projects and programmes, with emphasis on stage gates, standards and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead adoption through training, coaching and concise communications, partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence across Carnival UK while supporting hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Designing and embedding governance frameworks for PMO/ePMO.
• Proven experience with stage gates, standards and templates.
• Ability to train and coach teams on new ways of working.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and embed the Carnival UK Change Delivery Framework.
• Define stage gates and minimum standards for projects.
• Drive adoption through communications, training and pilots.
• Build partnerships across functions to operate as one team.
• Set and drive governance standards across Carnival UK.
