Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, ePMO Governance within Strategy, to lead the Change Delivery Framework and governance standards across projects and programmes. You will partner with functions to ensure alignment and continuously improve processes in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires deep PMO governance knowledge, experience embedding stage-gate processes, and a strong ability to train and coach teams while delivering results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing and embedding governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of stage-gate governance and delivery standards.
• Experience with PMO/ ePMO or centre-of-excellence environments.

Responsibilities

• Own, embed and continuously improve the Change Delivery Framework.
• Define and maintain stage gates, standards, tools and templates.
• Drive adoption through training, coaching and rollout activities.
• Build strong partnerships across Carnival UK to enable a single team approach.
