Metro Bank Plc is seeking a PMO Analyst/Senior PMO Analyst to support Engineering governance reporting, dashboards and management information. The role involves resource planning, financial tracking, supplier reporting and facilitation of governance forums.

You will build relationships with Engineering leaders, Product teams and stakeholders, driving improvements in operational effectiveness with lean portfolio management and Agile delivery practices. Hybrid working is available around the role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a PMO Analyst or equivalent Technology PMO role.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Technology or Digital delivery organisations.
• Strong experience producing executive-level reporting and management information, including Power BI dashboards.
• Demonstrable experience of governance, planning, financial management and resource management.
• Experience working within Agile, Product or Engineering-led environments.
• Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, analysis and forecasting.
• Experience managing supplier governance and operational performance reporting.
• Experience of workforce planning and capacity management.
• Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and Agile delivery frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Produce and maintain Engineering governance reporting, dashboards and management information.
• Support resource planning and capacity management across engineering teams and strategic initiatives.
• Manage engineering financial tracking, forecasts, budgets and supplier reporting.
• Facilitate operational governance forums, leadership meetings and action tracking.
• Monitor delivery performance, KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain oversight of risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
• Support quarterly and annual planning activities, including workforce planning and investment prioritisation.
• Drive consistency in reporting standards, governance processes and portfolio management tooling.
• Build strong relationships with Engineering leaders, Product teams, Delivery teams, suppliers and key business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through process optimisation, automation and data-driven insights.
