Job summary

LSEG Risk Intelligence recognises a need for a PMO Senior Analyst to support project managers delivering a £35m portfolio of changes. Based in Nottingham and London, you will join a global team and help coordinate governance, reporting and leadership communications.

You will own departmental data, develop weekly dashboards and monitor timelines and budgets to keep initiatives on track. A strong focus on collaboration, coaching and career development is expected.

Qualifications

• Willingness to tackle a wide variety of tasks.
• Determination to ensure tasks are completed, overcoming administrative challenges.
• Strong problem solving and solution-finding abilities.
• Attention to detail and clear reporting, internal and external.
• Clear and concise communication.
• Proficiency with Project Management tools (Clarity, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain key departmental data, with responsibility for creating insights and proactively sharing with the leadership team
• Creates weekly status dashboard to facilitate communications with senior stakeholders
• Supports adherence to governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables
• Monitors the progress of tasks against timelines and budgets, advising Project and Programme Managers where activities are behind schedule or over budget
• Collates, consolidates and analyses project information to produce reports, status updates and commentary
• Assists with the monitoring of a change roadmap for the portfolio and uses change management processes, policies and best practice
