Metro Bank seeks a Senior PMO Analyst for a 12 Month FTC to join the IT team in Holborn. You will own engineering governance reporting, dashboards and MI, and support capacity planning, financial tracking and supplier reporting.

You will build relationships with Engineering, Product and Delivery teams, drive consistency in reporting standards and contribute to quarterly and annual planning with data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a PMO Analyst or Senior PMO Analyst role in technology.
• Proven ability to produce executive reporting and MI, incl. dashboards.
• Experience with governance, planning, financial tracking and supplier reporting.

What You Will Do

• Produce and maintain Engineering governance reporting, dashboards and management information.
• Support resource planning and capacity management across engineering teams and strategic initiatives.
• Manage engineering financial tracking, forecasts, budgets and supplier reporting.
• Facilitate operational governance forums, leadership meetings and action tracking.
• Monitor delivery performance, KPIs, SLAs and operational metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain oversight of risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
• Support quarterly and annual planning activities, including workforce planning and investment prioritisation.
• Drive consistency in reporting standards, governance processes and portfolio management tooling.
• Build strong relationships with Engineering leaders, Product teams, Delivery teams, suppliers and key business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness through process optimisation, automation and data-driven insights.

What You Will Need

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a PMO Analyst, Senior PMO Analyst or equivalent Technology PMO role.
• Proven experience supporting Engineering, Technology or Digital delivery organisations.
• Strong experience producing executive-level reporting and management information, including Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Demonstrable experience of governance, planning, financial management and resource management.
• Experience working within Agile, Product or Engineering-led environments.
• Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, analysis and forecasting.
• Experience managing supplier governance and operational performance reporting.
• Experience of workforce planning and capacity management.
• Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and Agile delivery frameworks.
