Job summary

Perk is scaling rapidly and seeks a Product Marketing Director to lead the PMM function in a senior role. You will shape the platform narrative, own GTM for major launches and build competitive intelligence to drive revenue and product decisions.

You will lead a PMM team, collaborate across Product, Revenue and Marketing, and apply an AI-first approach to accelerate impact in a fast‑growing B2B SaaS business.

Qualifications

• Experience building positioning that earns internal trust and wins externally.
• Ability to distill a technically complex platform into a clear story for senior finance buyers.
• Strong buyer, market and competitive analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Commercial thinker who builds repeatable operating models and launches.
• Excellent influencing and communication across Product, Revenue and Marketing.
• AI-focused leadership in an AI-first company.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform narrative, messaging architecture and GTM for new products.
• Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and ensure launches land with commercial momentum.
• Build best-in-class market and competitive intelligence capabilities.
• Partner with Revenue leadership to improve win rates and sales enablement.
• Lead and develop the PMM team, setting operating rhythms and standards.
