Job summary

Kong Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, Agent Identity & Auth (EMEA) to shape the market with a compelling technical narrative. You will own positioning and enablement across Kong's agent identity and authentication/authorization domain in a rapidly evolving AI infrastructure landscape.

You will lead storytelling, align with product and sales, and produce content ranging from demos to whitepapers to support strategic deals and launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering, ideally IAM or AI security.
• Hands-on interest in AI infrastructure; able to speak credibly to AI platform engineers.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into crisp narratives for technical practitioners and C-suite buyers.
• Highly collaborative across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.
• Comfortable owning a stage: keynote presentations, analyst briefings, customer roundtables, demo-heavy sessions.
• Experience in open-source software, SaaS platforms, and enterprise go-to-market motions is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI connectivity landscape and related vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging for agent identity and auth across Kong's products.
• Shape the category with thought leadership, blogs, talks, and analyst engagement.
• Lead technical field enablement for Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and other teams.
• Produce deep technical content: demos, reference architectures, whitepapers, and docs.
• Support strategic deals as SME for sales conversations on agent identity and security.
• Fuel launches and campaigns with technical positioning and demo assets.
• Partner with product management to inform roadmap framing and naming.
