Job summary

Kong is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for the AI portfolio to drive launches, campaigns, and content that propel the AI business forward. You will partner with technical PMMs and field marketing to translate complex AI capabilities into buyer-focused narratives.

In this role, you’ll own launches, content, and campaigns across the AI portfolio, coordinating with R&D, demand generation, sales, and partners to accelerate pipeline and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering.
• Strong interest in AI infrastructure and governance concepts.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into buyer-friendly narratives.
• Experience launching products, creating sales enablement, and competitive intelligence
• Collaborative work across Product, Marketing, Sales and Partners
• Familiarity with open-source and SaaS GTM is preferred

Responsibilities

• Own launch execution across the AI portfolio and manage the launch calendar and cross-functional process.
• Drive campaign strategy and content with demand gen and field marketing teams.
• Serve as the commercial interface layer between AI product marketing and downstream marketing and sales.
• Support field and partner enablement with sales assets and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate with event marketing for AI portfolio presence at flagship events and product announcements.
• Measure and iterate by tracking launch and campaign performance and refining messaging.
