Job summary

Kong is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager for Agent Identity & Auth (EMEA). You will own the narrative and positioning for agent identity, authentication, and authorization across AI and API traffic, shaping the market and Kong's point of view.

You’ll enable field teams, generate deep technical content, and support strategic deals with security-focused buyers. As a senior PMM, you’ll collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and partners to advance Kong’s AI connectivity

Qualifications

5+ years in product marketing, product management, or solutions engineering.
Experience in IAM and/or AI security is preferred.
Ability to translate complex tech into clear narratives for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Own positioning and messaging for agent identity and auth across AI and API traffic.
Shape the category with thought leadership and external engagements.
Lead technical field enablement for Kong Solution Engineers and other roles.
Produce deep technical content including demos and whitepapers.
Support strategic deals with subject-matter expertise in agent identity and security.
Drive launches and campaigns with technical positioning and proof points.
Inform roadmap and capability naming based on market feedback.
