IQVIA is seeking a Senior Project Management Assistant (PMA) to help deliver clinical trial operations across regional and global studies. You will work with Clinical Trial Leads and cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency, compliance and inspection readiness, mentoring colleagues and contributing to best practices within IQVIA’s PMA community.

• Bachelor's degree in Life sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of PMA experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication including good English.
• Problem solving skills and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to collaborate across geographies and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and manage performance dashboards and determine follow-up actions.
• Coordinate project schedule and update milestones with Project Leader.
• Support risk and issue management processes.
• Manage project finances, including EAC, expenses, invoices and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with vendor and PO management processes.
• Maintain baseline and change control processes.
• Provide timely data on cost, schedule and quality to support decisions.
• Prepare project management plans and status reports.
