Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials on behalf of sponsors. Embedded in a sponsor team, you will gain deep therapeutic and operational expertise with IQVIA’s global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
• 5 years of prior relevant experience including >2 years of project management experience.
• Prior Regional or Global Clinical Project Management experience.
• Leadership - ability to drive results through others with quality and timeline metrics.
• Organisation - planning, time management and prioritisation; guiding resources and tasks.
• Quality - attention to detail and accuracy; results oriented.
• Collaboration - ability to work with coworkers, managers and clients.
• Finances - understanding project financials, contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defense presentations with Business Development, and lead presentations for smaller regional studies.
• Deliver and manage smaller, less complex regional studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Execute clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for the core project team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestones and address issues.
• Monitor progress and present project status to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and contingencies, and lead problem solving.
