Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials within sponsor environments, managing timelines, budgets and cross-functional teams to stay on track and compliant.

You will collaborate with Business Development for bid defenses, lead regional studies, and develop integrated study management plans while ensuring contract adherence and continuous process improvements across IQVIA's global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including >2 years of project management experience.
• Prior Regional or Global Clinical Project Management experience.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results to quality and timelines.
• Strong planning and budgeting, with stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defense presentations and may lead for smaller regional studies.
• Deliver and manage smaller, less complex regional studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Ensure execution of clinical studies per contract with focus on speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for the core project team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to support milestone achievement.
• Monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders; manage risks and contingencies.
• Lead problem solving and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Forecast opportunities to accelerate activities and bring revenue forward.
