Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Project Management Assistant (PMA) to support regional and global clinical trial delivery. You will work closely with Clinical Trial Leads and cross‑functional teams to drive efficient, compliant, and inspection‑ready studies across systems, documentation, finance, training, and vendor oversight.

You will mentor colleagues, contribute to capability building, and help shape best practices within IQVIA's PMA community while maintaining ownership of trial activities from

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant PMA experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Results oriented with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work across geographies and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage performance dashboards and analyze events for action by project leaders.
• Coordinate project schedule and ensure timely milestone updates.
• Support risk and issue management processes.
• Oversee project finances including EAC, expenses, invoices and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with vendor and PO management processes.
• Maintain baseline and change control processes.
• Provide timely data on cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders and quality.
