Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials for sponsor programs. You will manage timelines, budgets, risk and cross-functional teams, embedded in a sponsor team while leveraging IQVIA’s global infrastructure.

You will gain deep therapeutic and operational expertise, lead regional and global studies, and drive quality and efficiency across complex programs in a leading clinical research organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5 years of prior relevant experience including >2 years of project management experience.
• Prior regional or global clinical project management experience.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration across sponsors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defense presentations with Business Development.
• Lead delivery and management of regional studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with core team.
• Manage the execution of studies per contract, ensuring speed, quality and cost targets.
• Communicate objectives and assess team performance.
• Collaborate with functional groups to achieve milestones.
• Monitor progress and present project information to stakeholders.
• Manage risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as primary or backup project contact for customers.
