Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a proactive Project Manager – Fire Remediation to drive safety-critical building improvements across our housing portfolio in the UK. You will oversee complex remediation programs, coordinate internal teams, contractors and regulators, and ensure projects meet quality, budget and schedule targets.

Based at our offices with hybrid working arrangements, the role requires strong knowledge of fire safety, construction methods, and excellent communication with residents

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex fire safety or remediation projects, ideally in housing.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation and construction methods.
• Ability to communicate technical information to residents and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis, investigations and remediation across housing portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and regulators and residents.
• Ensure quality, risk management and compliant delivery within time and budget.
• Maintain building safety information and golden thread.
• Stay updated on legislation and industry guidance.
