Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of building safety remediation projects from our central London office. The role blends on-site visits, office-based work and some home working to deliver safe, compliant outcomes for residents.

Ideal candidates will have strong track records in cladding remediation, project management, financial control, and stakeholder engagement across housing or public sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering building safety remediation projects with focus on cladding remediation.
• Experience with major works, capital investment or regeneration in housing, construction or public sector.
• Experience of contract management with external and internal contractor organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a varied portfolio of building safety remediation projects, managing multiple stakeholders, budgets and contractor partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and achieve excellent outcomes for residents.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues, contractors and residents to support delivery.
