Job summary

The Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own software delivery and implementations for clients in the financial services sector in London. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, budgets and timelines, and ensure delivery to agreed expectations.

This hybrid role offers a salary up to £100,000 with a discretionary bonus, 8% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance and 25 days leave. Hybrid pattern typically two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex software or technology projects.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and release management.
• Excellent client management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex software implementation and technology projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate software development and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring challenges are addressed proactively.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting and commercial commitments.
• Drive continuous improvements across project delivery.
