Job summary

Project Freelance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive expansion initiatives within its insurance operations and change management team. The role supports the Programme Manager to deliver strategic growth across multiple locations, ensuring delivery of business and IT capabilities and operating models aligned with business plans.

Initial 6-month contract with scope for extensions, requiring 2 days in the London office and paying up to £850 per day inside IR35.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager experience within insurance or related industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional work streams across underwriting, claims, finance, IT, operations, HR, and legal.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive expansion initiatives within operations and change management.
• Support the Programme Manager to deliver against strategic growth objectives.
• Oversee Day 2 activities for post product roll outs and backlog management.
