Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a Senior Project Manager for O&M Projects within Integrated Operation, Generation, and the Business Unit Offshore Wind. The role requires high voltage offshore wind experience and leads HV, LV, SCADA related projects to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

You will drive the preparedness, execution and closure of complex projects, coordinating with engineering, operations, HSE and external contractors while maintaining budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering or similar.
• Experience with High voltage infrastructure.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, operations, HSE, logistics and external contractors.
• Familiarity with offshore wind and HV/SCADA projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare department processes and tools including Fast Response Plan and critical spares program.
• Lead digitalization of processes and tools.
• Ensure project delivery within quality, scope, budget and safety priorities.
• Manage projects from identification to closure and obtain steering committee approvals.
