Job summary

Siemens Energy in the UK is seeking a Building Services Project Manager to support offshore wind and HVDC interconnector projects. You will join a dynamic team within our High Voltage Grids business, coordinating building services design, procurement, and site activities to deliver safe, reliable infrastructure.

The role requires strong communication, UK construction experience, and knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services.

Qualifications

Experience on UK construction projects.
Strong building services knowledge and installation understanding.
Excellent communication skills across technical and commercial issues.
Familiarity with Health and Safety legislation and Building Regulations.
Experience with NEC3/4 or FIDIC contracts (or bespoke contracts).

Responsibilities

Execute projects and work packages on safety, quality, time, functionality and cost.
Coordinate designs, specifications, and subcontractor installations for building services (electrical, lighting, HVAC, fire, security, lifts, etc.).
Manage procurement and oversight of subcontractors from design through handover.
Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and opportunities.
Act as Contract Administrator for NEC3/4, FIDIC, or bespoke contracts.
Define, draft, and manage subcontract documentation with stakeholders.
Chair technical and progress meetings with subcontractors and internal teams.
Ensure design documentation flow aligns with project timelines and requirements.
Monitor scope and change logs, highlighting impacts on programme and budget.
Support adoption of innovative construction technologies.
