Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Leeds is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects from inception to handover. You will manage budgets, schedules and stakeholders while driving delivery with rigor and openness.

The role requires a strong background in MEP/building services, BIM experience, and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. Professional qualifications such as PRINCE2/APM/PMP are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years on MEP/building services.
• Experience in budgets, schedules, contracts, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP design, installation and commissioning to meet specs and regs.
• Lead client meetings, manage budgets, schedules, and risks with transparency.
• Mentor project team and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
