Turner & Townsend in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion.

You will develop plans, manage budgets, align with architects and contractors, and ensure governance, safety and compliance while driving client satisfaction.

The role offers the chance to mentor junior PMs and pursue opportunities across real estate, infrastructure and consultancy.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification and proven ability to deliver large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in a consultancy environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Primavera.

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
• Implement and oversee effective project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle
