Turner & Townsend in London is seeking an Associate Director Mechanical Engineer to lead the Mechanical Building Services practice. You will oversee M&E design, due diligence, lifecycle assessments, and asset management for high-profile client portfolios.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage project profitability, and play a key role in business development while mentoring engineers and progressing toward Chartered status where possible.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading mechanical building services consultancy projects.
• Strong background in asset management, technical due diligence, or surveying.
• Proven ability to win repeat business and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Mechanical Engineering services within Engineering Consultancy.
• Lead delivery of Mechanical and MEP projects across multiple sectors and client portfolios.
• Act as Project Director and technical lead on major commissions.
• Drive business development and identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and sustain senior client relationships and lead multidisciplinary teams.
