Job summary

Seen Presents, part of Captivate Group, is seeking a Senior Production Manager to lead complex experiential projects in Shoreditch, London. You will own production from brief to on-site delivery, manage budgets, timelines and supplier relationships, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects from £1 million+
• Proven supplier management and on-site delivery
• Leadership and mentorship of junior staff
• Ability to read CAD drawings and floor plans

Responsibilities

• Lead production workflow across projects and ensure delivery to budget and schedule
• Take the lead in client calls regarding production specifics and timelines
• Manage production teams, suppliers, contractors, and freelancers
• Oversee on-site management for events and installations
• Own H&S processes and contracting of specialists when needed
• Maintain production documentation and schedules
