Job summary

Steven.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Experimentation & Failure team in London. You will run high-velocity experiments across shows, creators, and content, while building a team culture that treats deliberate failure as learning.

You will set hypotheses, isolate variables, check power, interpret results, and move to the next test, partnering with engineering and AI teams to scale testing velocity and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product or content experimentation programs.
• Strong statistics, power calculations, and sample-size planning.
• Ability to build and scale an experimentation platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experimentation & Failure team reporting to the CITO.
• Define hypotheses and single-variable testing protocols.
• Ensure experiments are adequately powered and measurable.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to implement tests.
• Build a searchable record of experiments and learnings.
