Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with measurable outcomes.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for platforms.
• Leading large cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong technical collaboration with engineering on complex challenges.
• Deep understanding of web/mobile performance measurement and observability.
• Data-driven with analytics and experimentation to inform decisions.
• Ability to communicate and align diverse stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for performance across web and app.
• Establish a performance product vision for page load speed, interactivity, and stability.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize platform investments that improve performance at scale.
• Own performance measurement framework: headline metrics, drivers, guardrails.
• Lead discovery to identify root causes of poor UX and translate into priorities.
• Drive adoption of standards, budgets, and release guardrails to reduce regressions.
• Shape operating model for performance reviews, triage, escalation, and remediation.
• Collaborate with analytics to evaluate how changes affect outcomes for travelers.
• Work with observability and tooling teams to improve visibility into bottlenecks.
• Influence roadmaps across multiple teams and align leaders on goals and trade-offs.
