Qualifications

• Shipping products end-to-end and owning outcomes.
• Fluency with AI tooling, agentic workflows or generative models.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to observe users in their environment.
• Experience building internal or creator tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own internal products end-to-end from problem statement to adoption.
• Partner with the VP of Engineering & Applied AI and Head of Data Intelligence to align tooling with data.
• Define specs, prototypes, launches, adoption plans, and iteration cycles.
• Instrument usage, track hours saved, workflows retired, and revenue influence.
