Coveo is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise deployments and align business objectives with technical execution. You will manage cross-functional teams, define scope and milestones, and ensure customer success across global markets.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, and customer stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans, while leveraging Agile practices and PM tools to keep programs on track.

Formación

• At least 7 years of experience gathering requirements, producing technical documentation, and coordinating quality assurance activities.
• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale information technology implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of the technical challenges associated with cloud-based software solutions and web applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills in complex customer-facing environments.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of Coveo's platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
• Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, driving alignment, decision-making, and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources while managing expectations throughout the engagement.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and risks.
• Communicate project progress regularly to customers and internal stakeholders through status reports, governance meetings, and executive updates.
• Identify, assess, document, mitigate, and escalate risks when required to ensure successful project delivery.
• Partner closely with architects, developers, and technical customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories and implementation decisions that maximize customer value.
