• Experience in change management and embedding new ways of working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead data transformation and enterprise data architecture initiatives.
• Drive data quality, governance, and compliance across the business.
• Support AI adoption and automated workflows to improve processes.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business narratives for executives.
• Establish clear project scope, milestones, KPIs, and risk management frameworks.
