Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years external customer delivery for enterprise software, cloud SaaS or professional services.
• Proven track record leading Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise customer engagements from kick-off to closeout.
• Advocate for the customer and rapidly remediate blockers to maintain trust.
• Standardize delivery excellence using blueprints and service offerings.
• Own project plans, schedules, milestones, and project P&L/burn rates per SOWs.
• Deliver rigorous stakeholder reporting with baselines, risks and dependencies.
• Maintain compliance, onboarding clearances, and governance across engagements.
• Apply AI and automation to planning, reporting, risk detection, and closeout.
