ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for its Customer Business Complaints Team in Glasgow. The role is hybrid, with a salary from £60,000 and a bonus of up to 15%, plus private medical and other benefits.

It is a full-time, permanent position with a closing date of 26 October 2026. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate improvement projects, lead cross-functional teams, manage governance, and oversee risks and budgets to deliver tangible business

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous project management experience of leading the delivery of software solutions to meet business needs.
• Ability to think analytically about problems and help drive solutions.
• Proven experience leading business improvement initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to manage business stakeholders, developers, and testers to drive forward system and process improvements.
• Proven ability to implement change in a complex multi-national organisation.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at an enterprise level.
• Strong business case, financial and cost control experience.

Responsabilités

• Ownership of the overall scope of the projects, ensuring gaps are identified and addressed.
• Provide leadership to projects, communicating effectively as well as motivating and influencing project teams and business stakeholders to work towards common goals.
• Provide overall governance around the projects, enabling effective planning for tasks and deliveries and provide benefit tracking and monitoring.
• Work on complex problems with a solution-focused approach.
• Influence and challenge stakeholders to align on priorities and sequencing.
• Manage the risks and budgets, including the development of contingency plans.
