Job summary

develop is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of a DevSecOps platform transformation for the UK public sector. The role sits with engineering, DevSecOps, architecture, security and product teams to drive scale and adoption.

The position requires a strong delivery background in technology and government-grade environments, plus active SC clearance. Remote UK-wide contract outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with experience in technology, digital, cloud or transformation.
• Strong understanding of technical delivery environments.
• Active SC clearance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver across a phased technology transformation roadmap.
• Coordinate engineering, architecture, security, platform and business teams.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and resources.
• Lead workshops, governance and delivery reviews.
• Work with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Track adoption, KPIs and delivery outcomes.
• Support transition from pilot to scalable internal platform service.
