Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of advanced technology and data centre projects within Wales and the broader UK. You will shape a high-performing team, manage key client relationships, and drive bids and proposals to secure major programmes.

The role offers flexible working arrangements and a focus on leadership, delivery excellence and market growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Chartered MRICS or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Proven experience delivering complex, high-value projects including advanced technology or mission-critical environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and delivery of project management services across advanced technology/data centre schemes and related sectors.
• Act as a senior client interface, building trusted relationships with key regional and national clients.
• Support the growth and development of the Wales business, including team expansion and capability building.
• Lead and contribute to winning work, including bids, proposals, and client presentations.
• Take ownership of major projects and key accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate across disciplines and regions to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.
• Promote and enhance the AtkinsRéalis Project Management brand in the marketplace.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and high performance within the team.
• Mentor, coach and support colleagues, contributing to a strong and engaged team culture.
• Monitor workload and resources to support efficient and effective project delivery.
