Job summary

UK Staffing Group is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion on site in Stansted, Essex. The role demands ownership, decisive leadership and excellent client and stakeholder management across multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on M&E-led delivery, safety and programme performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects, excellent

Qualifications

M&E-led fit-out projects
Commercial construction and specialist fit-out
Complex projects within live operational environments
High-value or technically demanding projects
Multiple subcontractor packages and supply chains
Programme, quality, safety and commercial performance are critical
Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, data centres, pharma or life sciences environments would be highly relevant

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of complex construction and fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion
Coordinate with clients, consultants, commercial teams, subcontractors and site teams
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and to high standards
Take ownership, make decisions and lead from the front on technically demanding projects
