Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex M&E building services projects across the UK. The role requires taking ownership from inception through to completion, guiding site teams, and ensuring delivery against programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

Being commercially aware and able to manage subcontractors, procurement, and client stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in M&E building services.
• Track record delivering mechanical packages on large-scale projects.
• Experience coordinating design, procurement, programme, commissioning, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
• Lead site teams to ensure delivery across programme, quality, safety, and commercial targets.
• Manage subcontractors, supply chain, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
