Job summary

Bouygues Travaux Publics is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of a major Sizewell C building package, coordinating design development, procurement, construction and final handover on this nuclear infrastructure programme.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, interfaces with clients, consultants and suppliers, ensure safety, quality and programme performance, and align with UK Building Regulations and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience on major building or large infrastructure projects.
• Proven delivery of buildings, civil or structural packages through design, procurement and construction.
• Experience from design through to construction and handover.

Responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end responsibility for delivering a major building package within Sizewell C Main Civil Works.
• Develop and implement delivery strategy, execution plans and construction methodologies.
• Lead design development with the Client, consultants, and Alliance partners.
• Manage engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover activities.
• Control programme, budget, risk, change, quality and overall performance.
• Coordinate project controls, Earned Value Management and progress reporting to leadership.
• Lead tendering, subcontractor selection, contract negotiations and management.
• Manage interfaces with adjacent works and multidisciplinary teams.
